Let's Plumb is an eCommerce website and brand of Unique Plumbing Supplies Limited. Unique are an ethically-run independent plumbing and heating merchant consisting of five dynamic branches in the Southampton and Hampshire area, one of which incorporates a fantastic, modern and inspirational Bathroom Showroom.
It all started back in March 2004 when we opened our first branch in Eastleigh with just three members of staff. We had all been working in the industry for many years, and so we had the experience and reputation within the trade to be able to secure a customer base that values great service.
The business grew rapidly, and by April 2008 we expanded and opened our Hedge End branch in Southampton. Within a year, we had transformed the mezzanine floor into “Bathrooms by Unique”, a bathroom showroom that works well for both our trade and retail customers.
In 2013 we opened our third branch in Romsey and sixteen years on and we are five branches strong and have a dedicated workforce of over twenty-seven employees. With a high level of customer service, we have not only maintained our initial customers’, but also built a base of over seven hundred that use us on a regular basis.
Fast forward to 2021 and the launch of our online retail store "Let's Plumb", an initiative that expands our portfolio and gives us the ability to bring our unbeatable in-store customer service and competitive pricing online and to the rest of the UK.
We offer you the opportunity to support local businesses which in turn, are supporting local economies. We provide the very best service and are very competitive on pricing but more importantly, we have the experience, the knowledge and are actually ‘here’ and happy to help!
